Check for white spaces
- If you believed that your login credentials are correct, then double check for extra spaces before and after your username/email and password.
Resetting your password
- In the login page, click on the “Forgot Password?” link below the login form.
- Enter your username or email address in the field.
- Then hit Request Reset Link.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Shecan with the subject: [Shecan] Reset Password.
- Click the link Click Here and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Type your new password or generate a new one.
- Then hit Save.
- Once you successfully reset your password, you may now log in.
